GTM systems

I sell employer-funded AI apprenticeships to UK enterprises. A typical week is 6 to 10 discovery calls, 3 or 4 concurrent enterprise cycles, and a mock presentation before any pitch. The rest of this page is how the engine behind that works.

How I work

Everything gets measured, logged and turned into a framework that anyone else can use. When a channel works once, I write a playbook. When it fails, I write down why and set kill criteria before trying again.

The distinctive part is that the engine itself runs on AI. Claude Code and OpenClaw drive my enrichment, campaign builds and CRM hygiene, with approval gates where a human should stay in the loop. Campaigns that used to take an afternoon get built in minutes, which means the scarce resource goes back to being judgement.

A 30-day sales-coaching loop that forces a verdict

Shipped a sales-coaching automation that turns call notes into a 30-day control review rather than another pile of notes. It classifies each account as Advance, Test, Nurture or Kill, then rolls the week into a seven-section board for what to repeat, change and tell leadership.

Sixty dead leads, three booked calls, one standing workflow

Co-hosted a London event with Women in Tech UK featuring an Amazon product leader: fireside, a gamified AI-or-human challenge, live demos, and an event page I built that my employer shipped on their own domain.

Built by a non-developer: the 14-agent system that runs my GTM

Fourteen agents brief my meetings, keep my CRM honest, build campaigns from account data and review my sales calls. Built in three months with no technical background.

Auditing 100+ outbound campaigns and letting the data pick the channel

Pulled every campaign through the Lemlist API. LinkedIn invites were accepted at 12 to 16% while cold email replied at 1%, and over 4,000 sends were going to buyers who could never purchase.

A qualification framework that scores actions, not compliments

A 10-point design partner qualification system built during my EIR stint at Antler: pass/fail critical filters, weighted scoring, red-flag overrides, and weekly calibration against real outcomes.
