I'm not a developer. I built a 14-agent system that runs my sales job anyway.
I'm Jai, Applied AI Lead at Turing College, a YC-backed edtech. History degree, sales career, no formal technical training. Three months with Claude Code changed what I could build. My job now is helping enterprises give their people the same jump, and I write about it weekly.
GTM systems
Enterprise sales for AI apprenticeships in the UK: 6 to 10 discovery calls a week, self-built qualification frameworks, an outbound engine audited across 100+ campaigns. I treat pipeline as an engineering problem and publish the frameworks that survive contact with real deals.
See the systemsApplied AI & teaching
Multi-week Claude Code curricula, monthly live workshops, demos where the audience ships something before they leave. In the last series every participant deployed a live website in-session. I build the attendee hubs, run sheets and sandboxes myself.
See what I teachWhy one site for both
I sell AI capability by day and run that sales job on agents I built at night. I took this role because I believe the average person can become properly AI capable and future proof themselves, whatever happens to their job title. I'm the test case. Everything here is either the selling, the building, or the teaching of that one idea.

Pulled every campaign through the Lemlist API. LinkedIn invites were accepted at 12 to 16% while cold email replied at 1%, and over 4,000 sends were going to buyers who could never purchase.
