Applied AI & teaching
My rule for every session: the audience ships something before they leave. Slides are for context. The point is a working artefact, made by the attendee, live by the end.
Teaching
I design and run multi-week curricula and one-off workshops, mostly on Claude Code, Lovable and practical AI workflows. The recent four-week working group with Women in Tech UK ended with every participant deploying a live website they’d built in-session. I make the attendee hubs, run sheets, demo fallbacks and sandboxes myself, and I retro every event honestly: what landed, what died, what changes next time.
The credibility behind the teaching is simple. I’m not a developer. History degree, sales career. If the methods I teach got me to a 14-agent system in three months, they’ll work for anyone.
Building
My own stack is the standing demo: agents that brief my meetings, clean my CRM, build campaigns and analyse my calls, plus the event hubs and small tools I ship for my own life. Most of it is public on GitHub.
